Our role
60 Second Loan Match is a loan-matching service operated by 18103607 Canada Inc. We are not a lender, broker, or agent of any lender. We do not make credit decisions, set loan terms, or guarantee approval, rates, fees, amounts, or timing.
Cost and compensation
The service is free to consumers. We never charge you for submitting a request. We are compensated by providers, and that compensation may influence which provider you are matched with.
Eligibility and your information
You must be at least 18, be located in or seek financing for an eligible location in the United States or Canada excluding Quebec, provide accurate and current information, and have authority to use and consent to communications at the phone number and email you provide.
Communications consent
Contact consent is requested separately through the checkbox on our form. The exact disclosure shown there governs automated calls, texts, prerecorded or artificial voice, AI-generated voice, and email contact. Consent is not a condition of a purchase or loan and may be withdrawn as described in that disclosure.
Independent providers
Providers are independent third parties responsible for their own products, disclosures, underwriting, licensing, communications, and legal compliance. A connection is not an endorsement. Review a provider's terms and disclosures before accepting any product.
Acceptable use
You may not provide false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, text, graphics, software, and arrangement are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable right to use the service for personal, lawful purposes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 18103607 Canada Inc. and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses arising from a provider's actions. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed CAD $100, except where law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us from claims and costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, false information, infringement of another person's rights, or breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
US arbitration and class-action waiver
For US users, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except for eligible small-claims matters or requests for injunctive relief concerning intellectual property. You and we waive jury trial and class, collective, consolidated, and representative proceedings. You may opt out by emailing privacy@60secondloanmatch.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms with your name, contact information, and a clear arbitration opt-out request.
This arbitration provision and class waiver do not apply where prohibited by law, including for consumers in Ontario and other provinces where such clauses are unenforceable.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
