Notice at collection
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Identifiers and contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
- Financial and loan information you provide, including loan type, purpose, amount range, self-reported credit range, and property or business location.
- Internet and device information, including IP address, browser, pages visited, referral and campaign information, cookies, and pixels.
- Consent records, including the consent text presented, timestamp, version, and TrustedForm certificate.
We do not pull your credit. Submitting the form does not affect your credit score.
Sources and purposes
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from advertising and referral sources, and from service providers supporting our site. We use it to match you with one provider, enable contact about your request, maintain consent records, detect fraud and abuse, operate and secure the service, measure advertising, perform analytics, and comply with law.
How we disclose information
We share your request with one lender or financial services provider. We are compensated by that provider. Under California law, this compensated disclosure may be considered a “sale.” We do not send a request to multiple providers.
We may also disclose information to service providers supporting hosting, security, lead routing, analytics, and advertising; advertising platforms such as Meta, which may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; legal or regulatory authorities when required; and a buyer or successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale.
We do not publish our provider list. Email us and we will tell you which provider received your information.
US state privacy rights
Residents of California may have rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive information where applicable; and receive equal service without discrimination. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, including data portability, opt-out rights, and the right to appeal a denied request.
Submit a request through Your Privacy Choices or email our Privacy Officer. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to verification. We respond within the time required by applicable law and provide appeal instructions when required. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as requests to opt out of sale or sharing.

Financial privacy notice
To the extent the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act applies, we do not disclose nonpublic personal information except as described in this policy and as permitted by law. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect that information.
Canada
We handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws. We identify our purposes, seek meaningful consent where required, limit collection and use, and permit withdrawal of consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions. You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting our Privacy Officer.
Information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or national-security authorities in those places. You may complain to us first and may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Our service is not offered in Quebec.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for matching, consent evidence, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then delete or de-identify it. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
Children, marketing, and changes
The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. You may stop texts by replying STOP, stop emails through the unsubscribe link, or withdraw contact consent by emailing us. We may update this policy and will post the revised date here.
