Provider types
Our providers may include private and hard-money lenders, DSCR and investment-property lenders, mortgage lenders and brokers, and business-financing providers.
One provider per request
Each request is sent to one provider selected for the request. We do not distribute the same request to multiple companies. 60 Second Loan Match is paid by providers and that compensation may influence which provider receives a request.
Provider identity
We do not publish provider names publicly. If you submitted a request, email privacy@60secondloanmatch.com from the address used on the form and ask which provider received your information.
Stopping contact
Reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or ask the provider directly to stop. You may also email us to withdraw contact consent. Providers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own products, underwriting, communications, and legal compliance.
